I am the South Asia Correspondent for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, based in New Delhi.
I have reported and produced stories for some of Australia’s premier current affairs programs, including 7.30, Foreign Correspondent, Background Briefing, triple j Hack and AM.
I have reported from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Canada and across Australia, from the country’s furthest town from the sea to its largest city.
I am an award-winning multiplatform video journalist. In 2023, I was one of two Andrew Olle Scholars. In 2022, I was named Queensland’s New Journalist of the Year.
I started my reporting career in outback Australia. In a previous life, I worked as a corporate lawyer (don’t hold that against me).
